fairly clean hotel, thoughtful staff & perfect location near everything. location really close to rail station, restaurants and bars and all the main sites. easy check-in, great-sized room with bathroom, balconies, for example.

My experience was plagued by awful noise and uncomfortable beds. The room had poor ventilation, with only a small window that barely opened. It felt as though the place hadn't been renovated in ages, with peeling paint and a general air of neglect.

The hostal might be clean, but the fire safety here is near non-existent. I also couldn't believe there was no kettle in my room, how hard is it to provide that? I was nearly ready to leave a stellar review, but sadly, I just couldn't. It's like they expect everyone to be satisfied with mediocre.

Perfect location & super friendly staff!
We stayed for a night in a cozy room with a small balcony that offered a nice view of the city. The bathrooms were super clean, and the lady who helped us was super sweet, even holding our bags longer after checkout. The only thing was the room was a bit small, but it worked for us. Plus, the location was just unbeatable.

The units have a beautiful balcony for enjoying sunset views. The check-in was easy and the check-out process was smooth. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The location is very close to the city center and near the Puerta del Sol metro station and various bars.
